First, get the nomenclature right: a silo?  No one ever pulled an alert in a “silo,” not even our ancient missile ancestors the Atlaskans.  It is a launch control center

Next, quit running the Titan photos when talking Minuteman.

Finally, the outfit de alert following crew changeover?

A snuggie?!  Get a grip.

My crew partner whips out a snuggie and the situation goes immediately from normal-normal to burn the backup.  A deputy with a snuggie never upgrades ‘cause its all no-PRP no B-combo after that.

We all know the official unofficial uniform of alerts are the sweat shirt and corresponding sweat pants…something to do with the comfort of an elastic waistband, I’m sure.
