No, this isn't GPS, but you get the idea, right?

Can GPS allow the government to go all surveillance state on us?  Yes, it can. Should it?

For those who fall under the judicial interpretations of the Ninth Circuit of Appeals, the answer is yes, ubiquitous and warrant-less  GPS surveillance is acceptable.

Some would argue that George Orwell was ahead of his time.
